Your Greek home is on a site that is over 250 years old.  The home itself has been restored over the years, most recently in 2018, when the exterior was restored to its original stone facade, while the interior was updated to a more modern and comfortable design. The villa is situated mountainside, 55 (ancient marble) steps about the town square, and features panoramic Mediterranean ocean views from both the covered patio off the living room and from the open-air rooftop patio.

Gytheio is a rustic town that features old and new restaurants, bakeries, roof top lounges, traditional tavernas and bars along the waterfront. There are several beaches within 15 minutes of the property and many historically significant ruins located throughout the Peloponnese.
